Mary Tilger has more than 10 years of advertising experience working with Human Resources executives to design and implement successful recruitment campaigns. An entrepreneurial spirit led her to start Ad Publishing Source, Inc. in June of 1996. Offering a rare blend of creative and operational strengths, Mary has built the company's client base significantly year after year. Her creative strengths include ad campaigns that start with listening to the clients' vision, interpreting it into a few simple words and directing the creative and media planning processes to bring the clients' vision to fruition.
She prides herself on her agency's mission, Real World Advertising for Real World Budgets. She provides each client, large or small, with expertise to recruit a receptionist or a Chief Executive Officer. Her long-time clients are from a wide variety of industries including hospitals, theme parks and staffing agencies.

Christie has been a graphic designer for more than two decades, providing clients with a variety of targeted print work as well as print buying. She has developed a reputation for her high-impact,
visually-stunning marketing collateral. Past clients include: Access Graphics, AMC Theatres, Disneyland, HealthStream, Hewlett-Packard, Mitsubishi, Skiboards.com, Silicon Graphics, Six Flags,
Sun Microsystems, Ohmeda and Universal Studios. Christie also is an experienced web master, fluent in html coding, web design, and e-commerce technologies. She is particularly accomplished in creating
user-friendly, easy-to-navigate web sites. She has worked with Ad Publishing Source, Inc. providing creative designs for the ever-changing recruitment market for over 9 years. In this time, she has been
involved with projects for 18 of the Six Flags Parks.
